Can someone please explain to me how exactly this is going to enhance the waterfront in Toronto?  So, to get to the lake, I am now going to have to cross a major highway, not just walk under it?  Yes, I understand that the raised portion of the Gardiner (well, basically the whole thing) is ugly.  However a highway at grade doesn’t seem that much better.  Hey Toronto, if you wanted to connect the...
